Things are coming along well. The Mechanical Teams finalized the design and are fabricating parts as the CAD Team digitally represents them. Their projects include the gear intake, fuel ball outtake and rope mechanism. The Programming Team has coded the sensors for the robot and the Electrical Team set up the control board. Students on the Animation Team put the final touches on their award submission, due on the 31st. The Game Strategy and Scouting Team planned a meeting to test and refine the scouting sheets in a practical environment. Finally, the Field Build Team has prepared all parts of the field to test the robot upon.
Among business teams, the Imagery Team has continued working on projects as the Photo/Video Team made the Build Week Three video summary. They also collaborated with the Chairman’s Team to plan the Chairman’s video award submission. The Business Planning Team further developed their award submission. Multimedia Communications has been updating the website’s student and mentor pages.
Additionally, Drive Team candidates tried out and were interviewed. The members were selected this week. They will focus on developing skills in both competition and teamwork in the coming weeks.
Having passed the midpoint of the build season, the AdamBots are excited to compete in the upcoming Kettering University district on March 2nd.
