It is now week 3 of the build season and the whole team is working hard towards the goal of completing Destination: Deep Space. This week, the Mechanical teams finalized the design of the robot while the CAD team started creating the virtual design of the robot. To prepare controls systems for a functioning robot, the Electrical team finished the control board for the 2012 robot so that the Programming team can start practicing on it as well as beginning vision code for our 2019 robot. Field Build has also put in tremendous effort, finishing the rocket frame and level two of the HAB.

Back on the Business section side, the various sub teams are all getting ready for competition. The Chairman’s team has been working on the executive summary for the Chairman’s award and, along with the Business Planning team, practicing presenting. The Photo/Video team is working on the team picture taken Saturday and also putting together the Chairman’s video. Imagery is creating a trading shirt design for the game this year and the PR team is getting ready for the Meet the AdamBots event, finalizing the list of invitations. We hope to see you there!
