The Adambots have had a great kick off to their season! In the first week, a lot has been accomplished. The Adambots are excited to continue their work through the season.
The Mechanical subteam held design meetings to determine what they wanted to start prototyping, they also decided to prototype a telescoping arm (which is almost done) as well as a pneumatic driven hand to grab cones and cubes. The CAD subteam worked out a rough schedule for their times to come in and started cadding, making digital images of their ideas and printing blueprints of them, prototypes for the mechanical team. The Electrical subteam worked on disassembling old pieces. The Programming subteam observed and understood the FRC game, divided their subteam into either focusing on the drive train, vision, or the arm system, started brainstorming autonomous strategies, introduced camera tools to recognize objects for detecting April tags, game pieces, etc, and installed 2023 version softwares.
The Impact and Communications subteam continued working on their essay and began working on their factbook for their presentation. The Media subteam continued to edit the website and change/add the bios for the students on the team. The Business Planning subteam created a tentative agenda up till the first competition and integrated the objectives page into the main business plan as well as updating statistics, pictures and graphics. The subteam also got all their financial data to rewrite the financial plan for the future. The Imagery and Photo Video subteam began listing ideas for the impact video and planning decal designs.
