What are 2 fun facts about you? 

I love traveling and landscape photography. I am a nurse.

Why did you join the Adambots?

I love photography so when my daughter joined the team I thought it would be a great opportunity to mentor.

What is your favorite memory from robotics?

Watching the student’s excitement during the competitions.

What have you learned from being on the team?

There are so many different teams that specialize in different areas that make up the Adambots. It is amazing how it all comes together.

Do you have any tips for the current AdamBots?

Work together and have fun! This is an awesome experience and the knowledge you gain can be a stepping stone to a future career. Don’t be afraid to go out of your comfort zone and seek out learning opportunities.

What is special about FIRST?

It gives students an opportunity to learn first hand about science, technology, engineering, and math. It helps build confidence and gives the students a safe place to meet other students who have the same interests.
