What are 2 fun facts about you?

I am from Stoney Creek High School, and travel to Adams HS almost daily to help the team.
I am a collector of retro game consoles and their games. I currently own a variety of systems, ranging from the Atari VCS (from 1978!) to the PlayStation 3.

Why did you join the AdamBots?

I joined the AdamBots initially to begin learning about engineering, but have shifted my focus to the Business side of the team. This year, I have had the opportunity to lead the Business Plan team!

What is your favorite memory from robotics?

In 2013, our team went to St. Louis for the World Championships. It was the first time I really saw the massiveness of FIRST, and it was also a great opportunity to get to know the people involved in making FIRST what it is. It was also the first time I really got to know the people on the team (nearly all of whom have moved on to bigger and better things).

What have you learned from being on the team?

I have learned that experience is not a prerequisite in order to contribute to the team, only an open and inquisitive mind.

What is special about FIRST?

FIRST is special in that it gathers together a large range of different people with a love for critical thinking, dedication, and weirdness. No where else have I seen anything like this.
