Creativity in approaching problems

Do you have any tips for the current AdamBots?

No such thing as a bad idea, don’t be afraid to try something

What is something you would have wanted to do differently to reach where you are today? (career-wise or to get to the AdamBots)

No regrets… but there are times that an opportunity comes up that you think you may not be ready for but probably should have taken it. If your mentors have faith in you it’s because they see something in you that you might not realize yourself.

What is special about FIRST?

The energy and collaboration from the students, the preparation for the real world that it provides for the students in a fun environment – it really is like running a business
