I like reading and going on walks at night

Why did you join the AdamBots?

I participated in robotics programs since the fifth grade all throughout middle school. I committed myself because of the connections and the sense of community I feel in this program.

What is your favorite team memory?

Playing basketball while testing our robot in the cafeteria during my freshman year.

What have you learned from being on the team?

Besides standard information about tools, procedures, etc, I also learned a lot about myself, especially considering this very tight knit community of like-minded people.

What is special about FIRST?

The fact that all skill levels are welcome and that there is always something to learn. I also appreciate the fact that, given the number of business and outreach subteams, you don’t necessarily have to be solely focused on engineering in order to succeed and make an impact.
