I joined the Adambots because I have been doing robotics since fourth grade and I love the robotics community as well as everything I am able to learn from it.

What is your favorite team memory?

My favorite team memory is spending most of the day on Saturday every week with my subteams.

What have you learned from being on the team?

I have learned several skills from being on the team like how to work in CAD or how to effectively advocate for STEM education, but I have also learned more abstract skills such as how to better work as a team.

What is special about FIRST

FIRST embraces competition at the same time as cooperation outside of the team, which is a unique way of approaching an activity such as this, preparing the students for relatable situations in work life.
