What are 2 fun facts about you?

I joined the team in my eighth grade year.
I play the very best instrument.

Why did you join the AdamBots?

My brother was on the team before and my dad is a mentor. I joined hoping I would enjoy it and I did, so I stayed.

What is your favorite team memory?

Probably when, in my freshman year, we were at a travel competition and Jacob bought a $15 pizza mere minutes before we were set to go to a paid-for team dinner. And the price dropped to $10 right after he paid $15. Nothing could beat how much I laughed at that.

What have you learned from being on the team?

I’ve learned a lot about teamwork and leadership, in addition to the technical skills my sub-teams have taught me. I’ve learned that hard work really does pay off and that having a team that are also my friends can help me when times get tough.

What is special about FIRST?

FIRST provides the unique opportunity to dabble in various types of engineering- and business-related activities, allowing students to explore their interests and develop skill sets that will serve them well in the future.
