Demo at Partners and SponsorsThe AdamBots visited our sponsors such as Valeo and GM Powertrain. |

8th Grade OrientationWe introduced incoming freshmen to FIRST robotics and the AdamBots during their visit to our school. |

Elementary School DemoThe AdamBots visited our local elementary schools to give robot demonstration and spreading the mission of FIRST. This year we visited McGregor Elementary, Long Meadow Elementary, and Brewster Elementary. |

Relay for LifeThe AdamBots participated in the 2018 Relay for Life in support of the American Cancer Society. |

K-3 STEM Career ExplorationThe AdamBots work with Rochester Community School Afterschool Programs to teach K-3 students about STEM careers. Each class included learning about a type of engineering career, a type of simple machine, a hands-on experiment. While mentors are there for supervision, it’s our wonderful AdamBot students that teach these classes. |

FLLFor years we have run our own First Lego League (FLL) team from our feed schools. This year one of those schools, Delta Kelly, started their own program with over 20 FLL teams. The AdamBots mentored their FLL teams and helped them run a demo event to prepare for competitions. |

FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC)The AdamBots worked with FIRST in Michigan and Oakland Schools by hosting the first FTC event in Michigan in the 2018 season. |

Rochester Hometown Christmas ParadeIn 2018, we paired up with FIRST teams from the other high schools in our district to drive our robots in the local parade. |

Ambassador ProgramOur students spread STEAM education globally through specialized presentations in countries such as England, Haiti, Mexico, and Japan. |

Halloween HootHalloween Hoot is a fundraiser Dinosaur Hill Nature Preserve has every year. The AdamBots clean up after this event as part of our service to our local community. |

Robotics Hunger WalkThere used to be a local walk to fight hunger that the AdamBots participated in every year. When that event ended, the AdamBots started their own Hunger Walk inviting all the FRC teams in our school district to join us. This year we raised over $300.00, which we donated to the local Rochester Area Neighborhood House. |
