Safety
The AdamBots work hard to develop a safety culture within the team and at the competitions. In 2013, we first wrote our safety plan. We added a freshmen training program, documented our practices, and reemphasized what safety meant to us. In 2018, we created a safety subteam, focusing on threat awareness and preparedness. Our goal is to provide a safe working environment and always remind our members that their well-being comes before everything else. We ensure that, while having fun, safety is of the utmost importance.
