I am an engineer and enjoyed coaching FLL teams in Elementary school and FTC team in middle school. AdamsBots is an amazing team with great students and mentors.

What is your favorite memory from robotics?

Coaching students while they learn, fail and learn from their failures.

What have you learned from being on the team?

This is my first year in AdamBots. Learned about the Electrical architecture and the real-time issues with the robot design and making it work as designed to meet the FRC requirements.

Do you have any tips for the current AdamBots?

Pay attention and add value in each meeting. Make your time and effort count towards the team goals.

What is special about FIRST?

FIRST is an amazing resource for all the kids that teaches real world problems and opportunities to solve them. It teaches how to work with each other and build on each other’s strengths. Understand the importance of such a wonderful organization and embrace it in daily life.
